What age do you start piano lessons?
We typically start piano lessons around age 5–6, though it depends on the child's readiness. Adults of any age are also welcome — it's never too late to learn!
Do I need a piano at home?
Having an instrument to practice on at home is important for progress. A full-size keyboard (at least 61 keys with touch sensitivity) is a great affordable option for beginners.
How long are lessons?
Lessons are available in 30-minute or 60-minute sessions. We recommend 30 minutes for young beginners and 60 minutes for older students and adults.
Do you prepare students for exams or recitals?
Yes! We offer preparation for RCM (Royal Conservatory of Music) exams and other certification programs, as well as our own student recitals throughout the year.
